How to Return Your Breast Pump Rental to Baby Experts

Ready to return your breast pump rental? At Baby Experts Edmonton, we make returning your hospital-grade breast pump simple and convenient.
When you no longer need your hospital grade breast pump rental, follow these easy steps to return it.
1. Check Your Rental Date
When you're ready to return, your pump will be due back at the end of your current monthly rental period. Your rental automatically renews each month you keep the pump, so it would be due back the day before your next payment would come out. For example, if you initially rented on January 15 and you only need it for the one month, your pump would be due back by Janurary 14. You can check your rental confirmation or invoice if you aren't sure, and we will confirm this date when you submit the return form (see step 2).
Need more time? No problem. You can keep your breast pump rental for as long as you need, and you don't need to do anything until you're ready to return. Your rental payment automatically renews each month until you submit your return. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone or text.
2. Complete Our Breast Pump Rental Return Form
When you're ready to return your pump, complete the Breast Pump Rental Return Form on our website.
Please submit the form whether you're dropping off your pump or requesting pickup. This lets us know your rental is on its way back and helps us to respond quickly to your request.
3. Choose Free Drop-Off or Pickup
Free Drop-Off
You can return your breast pump free of charge to our Baby Experts home office locations. Currently, these are in the West (Lewis Estates) and South (Windemere) locations. Drop-offs can be made anytime it's convenient for you according to the instructions provided with your rental.
Pickup Service
Don't have time to make a trip? We offer breast pump rental pickup within Edmonton for a fee.
Simply select the pickup option on the return form and we'll provide the next steps.
4. Don't Forget Your Pump Parts!
Before returning your rental, be sure to keep all of your pump parts and accessories. Don't forget to take the tubing and membrane cups for Medela Symphony models. If you ever need to rent again, it's nice to not have to purchase parts again. Unfortunately Medela does not sell the tubing and membrane cups separately.
