Keeping track of your pumping time and volume provides you and your Baby Experts Nurse with valuable information to help you reach your goals. Baby days are hectic, so if it doesn't get written down right away it probably won’t be remembered. Let's face it, the hours run into days and next thing you know you can't recall the last time you ate or brushed your teeth. Print the file bellow and take a quick minute after each pump session to record the details. Then it's done! Your Baby Experts Nurse may ask you to share your logs if we are helping you reach a specific goal. Important things to note include how you felt, extra water consumed, any breast feeding time, and anything else you feel might be important.
